However, this humid weather during the monsoon also creates havoc with your hair and scalp. The presence of humidity in the monsoon makes the climate, extremely sticky which eventually weakens the hairs and increases the risk of dandruff. Problems such as hair fall and frizzy hairs are very common. Therefore, it is necessary to take essential care for your hairs to combat the extreme effects of this weather. Keep your body hydrated and healthy diet.

Usually, during monsoon, due to the pleasant weather, the intake of water oftereduces. This can cause
harmful effects not only on your body but also your scalp and hair. It is extemely significant to keep
yourself hydrated and drink lots and lots of water.

This rainy weather often tempts us to eat oily and junk food which should be prevented as diet occupies a significant role in keeping your hair healthy.

Do not expose your hairs to rain.

monsoon, regular massage with olive oil helps in preventing frizzy hairs and keep your scalp hydrated. Take olive oil and heat it for sometime, apply the warm olive oil on your scalp and wash your hair with lukewarm water after two hours of massage. This will not only strenthen your hair but help you in avoiding frizzy hairs.

As the humidity frequently attracts dust which settles on your hair and makes it dull. It is necessary to
wash your hair twice a week with a mild shampoo. Generally, during monsoon your scalp looses
moisture, therefore it is important to use conditioner. It is important to apply conditioner after every hariwash to prevent your hair from getting dried and frizzy.
